| I will let you know that we did rent both from your company and another (you didn't have a drop of a barn available). The difference between both companies was night and day. Your drop came neatly packaged, all in plastic, everything readily available when I opened it up. The sewn on tag showing and describing the drop was a very nice addition. The differences were such that I will be using Backdrops Beautiful as much as possible in the future, and I will recommend them to anyone who asks. |

I was pleasantly surprised with your unsolicited suggestion of a substitute drop that may better suit my needs. Although I was able to use the perfectly good drop that you already had available, you obviously took the time and effort to come up with a new drop even without a request on my part. What a nice way to start my day!
